accident.live is an advertising and referral service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by submitting the form on this site.

What we do with your submission

Information you provide is shared with one or more participating attorneys or their intake vendors so they can evaluate whether they can represent you. They decide independently whether to take your case.

No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this site is a prediction or guarantee about any case, any settlement amount, or any deadline that applies to you. Case-value ranges shown during the form are illustrative only.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. Do not submit information on behalf of another person without their authorization.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, automate submissions, or attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorized to use.

SMS programme (case updates)

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our form, you are enrolling in the TortOS case-update text programme, operated by DGY LLC for accident.live and its participating attorneys. The messages are transactional: a secure link to your own case portal so you can confirm your identity and send us your records, and updates on the progress of your claim. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this programme.

Message frequency varies and depends on the progress of your claim. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of using this service or of being referred to an attorney. We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted, with anyone for their own marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to begin receiving them again. Reply HELP for help, or email legal@accident.live. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
