How to submit a request
Email privacy@accident.live with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”, or call the toll-free number in the site footer. Include the name, phone number and email you submitted so we can locate your record.
Verification
We verify requests using the contact details attached to your submission. We will not ask for more information than is necessary to confirm identity.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. We may still contact you to confirm.
Timing
We acknowledge requests within ten business days and complete them within forty-five days, with one permitted extension where necessary.
